1. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds (or a valid 100% promo code is applied) and you receive a confirmation email with your booking number.
• Prices are shown per player, per team or per session on each game page, including any Game Master fee and taxes before you pay.
• The person who books is responsible for sharing player access codes only with their own team.

2. Access codes

Each paid seat gets a personal access code. A code works for one player and one game session. We may revoke codes that are shared publicly, resold, or used to disrupt other players.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds follow our cancellation & refund policy.

4. Playing safely

• Outdoor and city games take place in public spaces. Obey traffic rules and local laws, stay aware of your surroundings, and never enter private or restricted property to reach a checkpoint.
• Indoor and at-home games: the host is responsible for placing printed clues somewhere safe to reach.
• Players under 18 must play with a responsible adult. Each game page shows a recommended age.
• You take part at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage that happens while playing, except where it is caused by our negligence.

5. Fair play

Do not attempt to tamper with the game, extract answers from the app, attack our systems, or harass other players or staff. We may end a session or ban an account for abuse, without a refund.

6. Photos, chat and content

Photos you upload for photo challenges and messages in team chat are used to run the game, including review by a Game Master or an automated judge. Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive or that shows people who have not agreed to be photographed. See our privacy policy.

7. Our content

Game stories, puzzles, artwork and printable kits are our intellectual property. Printable kits are licensed for your own booked game only and may not be resold or published.

8. Changes and availability

We may update games, prices and these terms. Changes do not affect bookings that are already confirmed. Games already in progress always keep the version you started with.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
