How does a game work?+
You book places for your group and every player gets a personal access code by email. On the day, each player opens the game on their own phone, joins the team and you play together in real time.
Do we need to download an app?+
No. Games run in the phone browser. For outdoor and AR games, allow location and camera access when asked.
What if we get stuck?+
Every puzzle has hints. The game also offers a nudge if your team is stuck for a while, and you can add a live Game Master when booking.
Can we play without internet?+
Games marked as working offline keep running without signal and sync when you are back online.
How do at-home escape rooms work?+
After booking you get a printable setup kit. The host prints it and hides the clues around the house in about five minutes.

How many people can play?+
Each game page shows the players per team. Larger groups can book several teams that compete on a shared leaderboard.
Can I change the date?+
Yes. Reschedule for free from your booking link or My bookings, as long as the game has not started.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. See our refund policy.
I lost my access code.+
Sign in to My bookings with the email you booked with, or contact us with your booking number.
Do you provide GST invoices?+
Yes. Every paid booking has an invoice you can download from your booking page. Add your company details at checkout to have them on it.
