How does the recipient use it?+
They choose any game, pick a date, and enter the gift card code at checkout. If the booking costs more than the card, they pay the difference.
What if they do not use the full amount?+
The remaining balance stays on the card for their next booking.
How long is it valid?+
12 months from the date of purchase.
Is GST charged?+
GST is charged when the gift card is used to book a game, so you are not taxed twice. The booking invoice shows the GST.
Can I get a refund?+
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If a booking paid with a gift card is cancelled, the amount goes back onto the card.
